Overview

Tour Plan
Once we pick you up from your riad or hotel we will be starting our desert experience and that’s by heading to Ouarzazate where you will be spending the night, the entire road is amazing and full of excitement specially that we will be rolling through the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah and stopping by for a short break.
Once we leave this amazing Kasbah we will be heading to Ouarzazate which is located at the crossroads of the valleys of Wadi Ouarzazate and Dades which shape the Oued Draa, it is the heart of a massive quarter of southern Morocco.
Nicknamed the door of the desert, Ouarzazate is primarily occupied by Berbers who constructed many of the prominent Kasbahs and buildings for which the area is known.
The Ouarzazate studios area is one of the largest movie studios in the world in terms of land and a famous location for film making which has invited many international companies to work here and film several historical movies including Mission Cleopatra, Lawrence of Arabia, The Man Who Would Be King, Kingdom of Heaven and Babel.
Dinner is served in your hotel in Ouarzazate.
After your breakfast at your hotel, we will be heading to Boumalen Dades where you will be spending the night and enjoying a great typical dinner, but of course before you get there, your private driver will be making a road trip of this journey so we are planning a stop at the Sekoura area to enjoy a short break and so you won’t be tired with the road.
Skoura is a beautiful fertile Oasis, 35 km east of Ouarzazate in the Dades valley, or Valley of a thousand Kasbahs as it is known.
Running along the edges of its two seasonal rivers, its appearance can be deceptive as it runs mainly to the north of the main road, However once you get off the road you discover that Skoura is very large and that what appeared to be just a line of trees is actually a huge and flourishing oasis, perfect for long peaceful and mesmerizing walks.
This breath taking site is considered to be one of the wonders of the south; the local calls it “the route of a thousand Kasbahs”.
Our trip continue on to Qualaat Megouna and then to Boumalen Dades where you will be having dinner and spending the night.
We will be stopping by the Todgha Gorges which is well known by its spectacular carved out cliff sided canyons.
We will be making a stop by the area of the endless desert and even if time allows it and the conditions are good we will be planning a lunch with a local Berber family in their tent.
Once our lunch break is over we will head to the Erg Chebbi dunes of Merzouga where you will get to experience a life time experience which includes camel trekking lasting about an hour to get you to the camp where you will be spending the night and having dinner over a fire party full of excitement and fun.
Today we suggest you to wake up a little early so you can enjoy a breathtaking sunrise over the dunes of Erg Chebbi, once that experience is over we will head the road to your hotel in Merzouga where you will have your breakfast and shower then we say good bye to the desert and start heading to our next and final destination which is Fes city.
We will be scrolling smoothly throughout the amazing views of the Middle Atlas Mountains and passing by Imouzzar and Ifrane or the little Switzerland of Morocco.
We will be arriving to Fez around evening time so we will drop you straight at your hotel or riad where you will be spending the night and enjoying a nice dinner.
